Stop McDonald's. What can you say big. But the staff is always nice and friendly. Lately even got something for free.

several parts of the order are always missing .. you always have to check everything .. staff overwhelmed .. a shame for the employees ..

I can only say a really good Mc Donalds. Food is warm and fresh. Staff friendly, you have the food in the bag what you ordered and nothing is missing!

The cleanliness and quality of the citizens leaves a lot to be desired. And unfortunately for years. Branch managers just can't do it. Employees fumble with their finder somewhere and throw the citizens together.

Unfortunately, only at home I noticed that the chips I had paid for weren't in the bag. Annoying!

This place is just the last ... Worst McD in the district. How can it be that things are always missing from the bag? Sometimes a burger too few, sometimes a french fries missing. Something is actually always. So always check carefully! .... I thought to myself today when I drove through the Mcdrive. My order included a Big Tasty Bacon with an extra meat patty. It's on top for 1.80 euros. But not apparently in this store. I was allowed to shell out the 1.80 and of course I checked as well, on the cardboard box of the Tasty there was a sticker with the note of the Extra Patty. But the patty wasn't there after all. So something wrong again, as always. Now I wonder how is this possible? I only see two alternatives ... Either the lack of intelligence of the staff in this store or intent. It has to be one of yours, maybe even a mixture of both? By the way, what I have already observed here, inside at the counter ... Customer accepts his order, fries cold, he complains and exchanges it directly. The cold fries (which the customer already had their pens on, of course) were simply put back in the display and, almost exactly 5 seconds later, packed into the bag for another customer from the Mcdrive. Just unbelievable what you can do here. I recommend the management to take a closer look here and because some things really don't have to be.

Well Personnel only make private calls. Food cold, drinks (cola) warm. The whole shop was selected and swift. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Doesn't have to be again.

Regular McDonalds. You don't have to wait long and the food is as usual

Mcdonals is actually one of my favorite fast food resteraunt but there are too few burgers that have anything to do with chicken otherwise MCS is perfect 😁

Last night the employee was very unfriendly. Was just too overwhelmed with your work. At the intercom, she simply waited, she said to us, then she gave too little change. So what she did was not so great on your part.

Is good for a snack in between. But because of my weight, I decided not to eat in fast food chains anymore.

It is already the second time in a short time that the order was incomplete or incorrectly issued. After I got home I had to realize that instead of 4 there are only 3 items, even though I paid for 4. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I went back there to announce my anger. Do you really always have to control everything?

The changed procedure with ordering, receiving the number and waiting takes some getting used to. But goes pretty quickly. The one with the vouchers on the app works great.

Waiting times are OK, the food is as usual, the only drawback that leads to this rating. On every visit (only McDrive) staff are often unfriendly (not towards the customer) with each other, which you, as a customer, notice .. Food is sometimes passed over without eye contact ... One day I couldn't even see my face and the employee didn't even check whether I had the food / drinks safely ... And since one in Rüsselsheim seems to be abroad, many employees no longer have to say hello (there are not all but many who only do their job half-heartedly and this is reflected in the behavior and the look of the food in the box ...

This McDonalds leaves a lot to be desired. For me, the problem here is with the staff. Mostly Eastern European women, quite unfriendly and speak very bad German! You can't expect professionalism here.

The shop is modernized, but that's it. A fight was observed in front of the "restaurant". There is a relaxed and noisy atmosphere in the shop. I cannot recommend the shop. Oh yes and the fries were lukewarm ...

Perfect place for quick bites

Why are there ordering machines when available food is shown as "sold out" and things that are not available can still be ordered. It is always great for parents if children choose a toy that is unfortunately no longer there or you get a dessert delivered incorrectly according to the machine is not there. The food was the right temperature, the service was friendly and the restaurant was clean because unfortunately nothing more.

Got served a cold stale burger, soggy and cold fries. Cold nuggets. WTF?!

Youth hanging around this particular McDonald's late at night was a bit sketchy. Staff messed up my order but were quick to correct it.

Cappuccino was good. Chocolate cake not so much. Look out for dirty dishes...
